Sometimes the creative processes in music and cooking are very similar. You go to the pantry and rummage a few old jars of preserved but still very tasty food from the last corner. After careful taste testing, however, it is obvious that a few fresh elements are still needed to become an exciting menu: As a basis, a kraut-rocky sauce, a few peppery beats that give the dish a hold, and a grab of crispy sounds as a topping. Enjoy it!
